1. Our Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing can be tricky! NextGirl.in offers easy size exchanges on eligible items within the conditions listed below.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Items Eligible for Exchange
- Exchange request raised within 3 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
- Size exchange for the same product only (subject to availability)
Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale items (unless defective or wrong item sent)
- Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories
- Items already exchanged once
3. How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@nextgirl.in with your Order ID, item name, current size, and desired size
- Include photos of the item if it appears defective or incorrect
- Our team will confirm availability and approve the exchange within 2 business days
- A reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost for eligible exchanges
4. Exchange Shipping
- Exchanges: ₹99 re-shipping charge applicable
