2. Eligibility for Returns

Items Eligible for Return

• Items returned within 3 days of delivery
• Items that are unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Items with original tags attached and in original packaging
• Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent

Items NOT Eligible for Return

• Items returned after 3 days of delivery
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories for hygiene reasons
• Items without original tags or packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@nextgirl.in with your Order ID and reason for return
2. Attach clear photos of the item and its packaging
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
4. If approved, you will receive return pickup instructions

4. Refund After Return

Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Refund for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit (NextGirl Wallet) or via bank transfer. Please share your bank details at the time of return request.
